ME 71: Bulletins

May 25 Information on how to purchase materials for the
final project is available on the final projects page.
May 25 The shop will be open for extended hours during the
final project period. See the final projects page for information.
April 14 Don't forget the remaining Group Design Project
timeline.
- April 19: your structured design notes are due: objective tree,
list of functions, and set of specifications. Also, a morphology chart
summarizing the key conceptual designs that came out of your brainstorming
sesstions.
- April 21: you must demonstrate at least one significant
piece of your project to John or Rodney.
April 14 Note that during the week of April 18-22, both
Prof. Burdick and Cham will be out of the country. During that time, lectures
will continue as normal. On Tuesday, April 19, we will have a video taped
lecture, while on APril 21, we'll have a live lecture from Hao Jiang.
April 12 It appears that some students are not showing up
for their appointed lab demonstrations (for homework #2), and that some have
not even signed up yet! Please recall that homework #2 is due this Friday.
March 29 ME 71 has a limited class enrollment.
Students must fill out a questionaire (available from the registrar)
to be eligible for class enrollment.
